The administrator has the ultimate responsibility for the care and supervision of all residents and supervision of all personnel. The administrator is responsible for developing an operating plan, procedures, and budget and maintains all financial client and employee records. 

Days and Hours on Duty 

Monday - Friday 9 AM -5 PM OR AS NEEDED
The Administrator must be present at the facility enough hours to adequately administer the facility. Minimum 20 hours per week for 4 beds. 

The Direct Support Professional is responsible for meeting the resident’s needs by providing direct care and supervision consistent with the client's needs and individual program plan. The DSP is also responsible for the safety of the residents and for ensuring that the living environment is clean and pleasant. 

Days and Hours on Duty 

Shift coverage is 8 hours, seven days per week. 

The primary responsibility of the Behavior Consultant will be to help residents identify and address problematic behaviors through the creation and implementation of a Functional Assessment and Behavior Support Plan. The goal of the consultant is to decrease maladaptive behaviors by working with the client and his/her team to teach appropriate replacement behaviors. The Behavior Consultant will report directly to the Business Owner who may make changes in job duties from time to time.

A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who specializes in diagnosing, treating, and preventing mental illnesses and disorders. They are trained to understand the biological, psychological, and social factors that contribute to a person's mental health.
